Sri Jayendra Saraswathy Vidyalaya Matric. Hr. Sec. Qualified and experienced coaches provide systematic training in various sports. Training sessions focus on fundamental skills, fitness, game strategies, and safety practices. Cricket (Boys & Girls)
Cricket training develops hand-eye coordination, physical endurance, and deep strategic thinking. Students learn batting, bowling, fielding techniques, and sportsmanship.
Hockey
Hockey training enhances speed, agility, and overall coordination. Students are trained in stick handling, passing, and team-based defensive configurations.
Basketball
Basketball helps improve high stamina, fast reflexes, and cooperation. Students learn professional dribbling, shooting, passing, and court positional awareness.
Table Tennis
Table tennis develops sharp mental concentration, rapid reflexes, and muscle precision. Training focuses on correct grip, quick footwork, and strokes.
Kho-Kho
Kho-Kho promotes agility, raw speed, and high alertness. Students develop quick reflexes, cardiorespiratory endurance, and teamwork through this traditional Indian sport.
Volleyball
Volleyball training improves spatial coordination, jumping ability, and communication skills. Students learn serving, passing, spiking, and team-play strategies.
Skating
Skating enhances physical balance, joint flexibility, and muscular endurance. Students are trained in basic movements, speed control, and safety precautions.
Football
Football develops cardiovascular stamina, teamwork, and complex tactical play. Students are trained in dribbling, passing, scoring, and defensive strategies.
Badminton

Kabaddi
